Sea Witch: Rarely, a merfolk will be born with the lower body of an octopus, rather than a fish. This marks the merfolk as having a great mind and a gift for sorcerous power. Mizuna built upon her magical gifts, and serves the Kingdom of Coralan as a seer and advisor, her visions of the future making her useful as a strategist. However, she Covets the throne for herself, and has been quietly manipulating the Pirate Lords, foreseeing that they will be the force that brings the Kingdom to its knees.
